The supply chain for captured CO2 requires traceability in compliance with industry standards, regulations, labels and specifications.
This is essential both for mass transport by pipeline or ship and for discontinuous transport by truck, rail or barge, which supplies upstream hubs and clusters. In these « fragmented » transport configurations, certified metrology is not always enough to ensure a complete reliability.
